what does "Quest drop: x5" mean exactly? do I get 5 questitems instead of one or do I have 5times higher chance to get an item? what about questitems that already have 100% droprate?

it has a higher chance of dropping an item that u may need during the quest, some that are already 100% still drop at 100%

It means that you get the %*5.. If it's 100% rate, then you get 500% = 5 items.. If it's 20% rate then you get 100 = 1 If it'ss 50% rate, then you get 250% = 2,5 (sometimes 2 and sometimes 3) And so on
