If they increas the rate, then the noblesse quest would be way to easy. So unless they can change the noblesse quest at the same rate as the increas in drop rate, then they should'nt do anything.
One option is to increas quest drop to 10, and adjust the noblesse quest so you will need 10 lunargents. Should take just as long time then. Exept making the damn lunargents :p

they can make quest drop rate to 10 or 15 and dont change rate for noobles quest rate( like now x5)
and quest reward to 3 or 5

yea, if it's possible to not change for just one quest : ) I don't know how that works ; )

guys rate for seal stone and dimention fragment is very very low i pass 2h to drop only 12 dimention F .
and i play in serveur rate 15 and the time i pass him killing enemie here i get 1kk seal stone but here only 50k

realy dont thnik quest rate is x5 in normal serveur with seekers od the holy grail quest i get 6-8 item my mob now i get 1-2 item by mob only plz fix it
and make plz Quest reward: x2-4

Basicly, don't raise it!

getting items for noblesse isnt to hard, this is one of the only quests which everyone in the server will eventually do, it isnt quick to get hellfire oil and lurnagent or slow just the right speed for this server

man i dont speek for noobles quest they can make noobles quest rate x5 and up ather quest rate x10 or x15 GM can do what they want meybe if they want make noobles quest x1 i speak for ather quest like cata quest for dimention fragment i pass 2 h ther killing mob to get only 12 DF so i need pass 1 day killing cata mob to can pass 15 min in rift ?????????
